The Devine Inventory® Version 9 helps you accurately predict who will be successful employees in specific roles by comparing the behavioral tendencies and competencies of existing employees and job applicants against an organization’s top performers. The Devine Inventory is secure, fully functional, user intuitive and completely Web-enabled, allowing an employee or job candidate to take the Inventory anytime from any location with Internet access.

The Process is Simple...

  1. Existing and potential employees log in and complete The Devine Inventory offline or online, typically taking no more than 25 minutes.

  2. The Inventory instantly processes the results and records each participant's unique profile, notifying you via e-mail of the completed assessment.

  3. At the same time, each participant's profile is compared with the pre-defined Success Profile, or requirements of the position for which each participant is applying.

  4. The Inventory instantly produces a wide range of reports on each participant and identifies which candidates are potential top performers within an organization. Managers are able to return to completed Inventories later to generate new or additional reports.

What Happens Next

With basic information recorded and calculated for a group of participants, our system provides cultural analysis, team analysis, organizational development and succession planning applications--all of which lead to reduced turnover and candidate selection costs as well as increased numbers of exceptional employees placed in their ideal roles within an organization.
