Ryan Walker joins The Devine Group
CINCINNATI—Ryan Walker, founder
of two Cincinnati Web technology companies, has joined The Devine Group,
Inc., a leader in predictive assessment services, as Director of Information
Technology.
Walker joined The Devine Group to lead the company’s ongoing development
of The Devine Inventory® System—a software application that
compares the behavioral tendencies of existing employees and job applicants
against an organization’s top performers to accurately predict who
will be successful employees in specific roles. Leading organizations
throughout the world use The Devine Inventory System to select, hire,
and develop their employees and leaders.
David Devine, President and CEO of The Devine Group, asked
Ryan to join the company to help the organization continue
its global growth as a software- and Web-enabled leader in
the delivery of predictive assessment services. “Ryan
founded his first company while he was still in college, and
started his most recent while he was still in his 20s,”
Devine says. “He not only understands technology, he
can look years ahead and identify how a particular technology
will need to grow to be successful within a rapidly changing
marketplace. He’s exactly the type of visionary that

Walker is a past “Forty under 40” winner who started the
Sharkbytes Web Agency in the early 1990s. He later co-founded US Digital
Partners, based in Over-the-Rhine. Walker currently resides in Anderson
Township.
