CINCINNATI—Key managers from The Devine Group, Inc., a leader

they trained human resources staff with BlueScope Steel Limited (ASX:

how to use its proprietary The Devine Inventory® System behavior assessment
tool.
The Devine Inventory System software application compares the behavioral
tendencies of existing employees and job applicants against an organization's
top performers to accurately predict who will be successful employees
in specific roles. Organizations throughout the world use the tool to

has been working with BlueScope Steel, formerly New Zealand Steel, for
