The Devine Group helps BlueScope Steel recruit and develop employees internationally

CINCINNATI—Key managers from The Devine Group, Inc., a leader in predictive assessment services, recently returned from Australia where they trained human resources staff with BlueScope Steel Limited (ASX: BSL) (www.bluescopesteel.com) how to use its proprietary The Devine Inventory® System behavior assessment tool.

The Devine Inventory System software application compares the behavioral tendencies of existing employees and job applicants against an organization's top performers to accurately predict who will be successful employees in specific roles. Organizations throughout the world use the tool to select, hire, and develop employees and future leaders. The Devine Group has been working with BlueScope Steel, formerly New Zealand Steel, for more than a year to implement The Devine Inventory System at BlueScope Steel's headquarters in Melbourne, Australia, and throughout the company's operations globally.
