February 17th, 2007 CINCINNATI, Ohio (February 17th, 2007) — The Devine Group is pleased to welcome Mark Leshner as our newly appointed IT Support Manager. Mr. Leshner comes to The Devine Group from his previous position as a Senior Client Manager for Marpanhou, LLC, an interactive Web agency that creates Internet applications for small to mid-sized organizations. In his new position, Mr. Leshner is responsible for all IT-related systems, processes and support, which includes a knowledge base containing internal technical details, end-user support and process guides, internal-user help and process guides, managing implementation project requests, general support requests, bug reports, feature/enhancement requests, and the overall Quality Assurance processes. Previous to Marpanhou LLC., he was one of the original founders of Sharkbytes, Inc., one of the pioneer Web development companies in Cincinnati. Past clients include Resource Net, Educational Theatre Association, General Cable, Totes, Cincinnati Public Schools, Proctor and Gamble, Cincinnati Museum Center, Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, and Tom Peters. In the early 1990’s, he attended the University of Cincinnati, focusing his studies on Business Management, Law, Psychology and Sociology programs. With more than 14 years of Information Technology experience, Mr. Leshner brings a diversity of knowledge and experience to The Devine Group’s IT department.
