        ANDREW DAY JOINS THE DEVINE GROUP</strong></SPAN></p>
      
      <p><strong> </strong><strong>CINCINNATI, Ohio (February 4th, 2008) </strong>&#8212; 
        The Devine Group is pleased to welcome Andrew Day as our newly appointed Director of Consulting Services and Product Research and Development. In this role, 
Mr. Day provides oversight and delivery of client consulting projects and practices, including competency modeling, design and validation of selection systems and OD 
initiatives. Additionally, he plays an integral role in the R&D of test products and applications.   </p>
      <p>Mr. Day has more than seven years of experience consulting with a variety of organizations—from Fortune 500 companies to small consulting firms. Former 
clients include GE, Capital One, Enterprise, Alliance Data and HSBC. His consulting services have focused on implementing testing and assessment methods to meet the 
business objectives of each client in the areas of selection, promotion and employee development. Mr. Day also has experience conducting job analysis, competency 
modeling, assessment center design, test and interview design, employee development and training.</p>
      <p>Currently, Mr. Day holds an M.S. degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and is working toward his Ph.D. at the Illinois Institute of Technology. His 
professional associations include membership in the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology.</p>
