January 7th, 2008 CINCINNATI, Ohio (January 7th, 2008) — In her new role as Manager of Consulting Services and Product Development, Anita Gray partners with The Devine Group on a variety of initiatives, including personality and skills test development, statistical validation and analyses, job analyses and behavioral competency development. Ms. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit-Mercy. She possesses 20-plus years of experience in psychological testing and assessment, recruitment and staffing, training and development, and human services consulting. For more than 18 years, she worked at Plante Moran, PLLC as an Assessment Services Consultant. In that role, Ms. Gray analyzed and interpreted data from selection and developmental test instruments for purposes of applicant assessment and selection. Some of the tests she utilized regularly include Wonderlic, Watson-Glaser, Strong Interest Inventory, Guilford-Zimmerman, Firo-B and 16-PF. She also has experience with the Denison 360 Leadership Development Survey.
