The Devine Group, Inc. creates surveys and questionnaires on behalf of our clients. Our clients are typically public companies looking to hire people. Users/applicants for a job provide their name and email as contact information and then complete the survey/questionnaire. Our clients can be any employer in the EU or Switzerland. Name and email are the only personal information collected. Only authorized users of that specific client can access the information provided by the participant.
Before you provide any personal data you will be asked to check an “opt-in” box so that we may collect this information. To “opt-out”, do not click the “opt-in” box.
We will also provide an EU or Swiss individuals with opt-out or opt-in choice before we share their data with third parties other than our agents, or before we use it for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized.

The Devine Group, Inc. acknowledges that EU and Swiss individuals have the right to access the personal information that we maintain about them. In the case of an onward transfer, The Devine Group, Inc. has responsibility for the processing of personal information it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. At this time, The Devine Group, Inc. does not transfer any data or allow access to data by third party business partners or service providers. In the future, should The Devine Group, Inc. allow access to data by third parties, The Devine Group, Inc. shall remain liable under the Principles if its agent processes such personal information in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless The Devine Group, Inc. proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over The Devine Group, Inc.’s compliance with the Privacy Shield.
