Systems Analyst/Programmer

The Devine Group, a fast growing developer of enterprise-wide software for human resources assessment systems, seeks a Software Architect/Programmer.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Either Ruby on Rails or .NET (or ideally, a .NET to Rails convert)
• Strong DB/SQL skills
• Crystal Reports development and programming is a plus

Senior Account Executive: Vertical Industry Segments

• Exhibits proven expertise within a targeted industry segment and a network of prospective client leaders within the industry, their operations, trends, economic challenges, etc.
• Understands the prospective client's strategic and technology goals: develops an account penetration plan and then proactively develops new business relationships within the industry segment.
• Works to develop an aggressive revenue plan based on projected account potential and service line capability.
• Develops and maintains long-term professional relationships with client managers who would be key decision-makers or influencers in the purchase of professional products and services.
• Pursues potential sales, drives for closure and secures the sale.
• Maintains ongoing communications throughout the life of the accounts.
