How HiringPlus works
Job candidates complete The Devine Inventory® online assessment, typically taking no more than 25 minutes. The Devine Inventory instantly processes the results, which are displayed in the HiringPlus report. The Devine Inventory HiringPlus report provides a detailed summary of the degree to which a candidate’s assessment results match the job’s Success Profile as well as an overall hiring recommendation. Results are presented graphically on a range of key behaviors that suggest whether a candidate would be an appropriate fit for the position for which they are applying. HiringPlus also presents interview questions that help hiring managers evaluate gaps between a candidate’s scores and the Success Profile. The overall applicant score is presented on a scale of 1 to 99, and is determined from correlation studies of your organization’s job performance factors related to scores of incumbents.
