How Devine Inventory Culture works
Employees complete The Devine Inventory® online assessment, typically taking no more than 25 minutes. The Devine Inventory instantly processes the results, which are displayed in the Culture report. The Devine Inventory Culture report analyzes a company’s culture by aggregating over 500 data points for each individual and converting all assessment findings into a series of graphs that explain each behavior as a percentile relating to the entire staff (the underlying individual scores are anonymous). For example, each category, such as "Problem Solving" receives a numerical score from 1 to 99. Specific behaviors within that category, such as negotiating or conflict management, are each scored and identified by color as being a strength, neutral behavior or weakness.
A Devine Inventory Culture report can be utilized within a specific department, division or across an entire company, by combining the results of Devine Inventory assessments. Once all assessments are completed, Devine Inventory Culture compiles the findings of each staff member to create an anonymous percentile for each behavior identified by your organization as "desirable."
If you are seeking a loyal, creative team of customer service representatives who think "above the norm" and respond well to industry changes, Devine Inventory Culture, in this macro snapshot, tells you instantly if you have that team or not. Possessing such specific knowlege of a team will enlighten and empower organizational managers, making them stronger leaders, which in turn will result in more productive and engaged employees.
