The Summary Report is a grouping of essential “snapshots” from the survey and includes a Matrix, Top Ten, Bottom Ten and Biggest Gaps overview. The Detail Report provides comprehensive information about each competency measured (global and supporting), ratings for individual items, and open-ended comments for follow up. The purpose of these reports is to compare data between the participant’s self ratings and those provided by others, highlighting disparities and offering solutions for future professional development.
