Essentially, the 360 degree survey provides individual employees with feedback from key stakeholders—the people they work with on a regular basis and who know their work habits best.

Survey responses come anonymously from subordinates, peers and managers within the organization, self-assessment and, in some cases, external sources such as customers or suppliers. All professional employees, from administrators to high-level executives, can utilize this type of development.

The Detail Report provides comprehensive information about each competency measured (global and supporting), ratings for individual items, and open-ended comments for follow up. The purpose of these reports is to compare data between the participant’s self ratings and those provided by others, highlighting disparities and offering solutions for future professional development.
