Our Executive Leadership Team includes professionals with decades of experience in employee selection and development trends and best practices.

David Devine

David Devine, Chairman and CEO

David Devine is the Chairman and CEO of The Devine Group. David joined the company in 1992 as Chief Operating Officer, and was named President and CEO in 2002. His leadership has grown The Devine Group into a significant market leader in the field of human resource and assessment solutions. David earned his Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and his Graduate degree from The University of Chicago with a concentration in Organizational Development. David also serves on the Executive Board of the Dan Beard Council of the Boy Scouts of America and is a member of American Mensa, Ltd.

Erik Lutz

Erik Lutz, Chief Operating Officer

Erik is the Chief Operating Officer at The Devine Group, where he oversees and manages the finance, accounting and legal functions of the company. Previously, Erik served as President of Great Southwest Mortgage in Scottsdale, Arizona after founding the company in 1995. In 1999, Erik sold the company and continued on as President of Great Southwest Mortgage until 2007, growing the business from 5 employees in 1995 to over 1,300 in 2007. Erik serves as the Secretary of The Devine Group's Board of Directors, and also serves on the Board of Directors of Home Equity Partners, a real estate management firm, and IQual, a financial services software firm.

Grant Richardson

Grant Richardson, Chief Information Officer

Grant Richardson brings over 26 years of experience to his position as Chief Information Officer of The Devine Group. As CIO, Grant leads the company's IT function, supporting and executing business strategy, and provides outsourced strategic IT leadership to key customers. Previously, Grant served as CIO for ABX Air Inc., a global competitor to FedEx and UPS. In this role, Grant led an IT division responsible for providing all voice and data center operations, software development, infrastructure and strategic alliances. Grant is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.

Pamela Walters

Pamela Walters, Executive Vice President

Pamela serves as the Executive Vice President at The Devine Group and has been with the company since 1999. Pamela is responsible for directing the execution of all professional services for client organizations and contributes to the strategic planning process for research and development. Previously, Pamela served as the Director of Change Management for Marriott International, where she established communication networks and strategies, identified training needs and facilitated a change agent network. Pamela holds a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from Regent University and is a Certified Compensation Professional.

Joe Koczwara

Joe Koczwara, VP of Analytics

As The Devine Group's Vice President of Analytics, Joe brings more than 25 years of experience in analytics, including statistics, predictive modeling and optimization. At Devine, Joe is responsible for the analytical integrity of the assessment tools, which includes predictive modeling (correlating behaviors to an individual’s performance measures). Prior to joining The Devine Group, Joe worked as a Senior Analytics Specialist at General Foods and Procter & Gamble. Joe received a Master’s degree in Industrial Administration from the Krannert School of Business at Purdue, and is a member of American Mensa, Ltd.
